Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is hiring for a Supply Chain role at its U.S. facilities. The position focuses on optimizing the flow of materials, maintaining safety standards, and supporting warehouse operations across trucks and rail logistics.

The candidate will be responsible for safety, inventory integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous production and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a safety sensitive position within industrial, distribution or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment to move raw materials and finished goods within the plant.
• Unload raw materials and load finished goods from/to trucks and rail cars.
• Lead loading/unloading sequences for trucks and railcars with compliance to weight and safety standards.
• Serve as trainer for Level I and II Associates on equipment safety.
• Independently diagnose and resolve bottlenecks affecting throughput.
• Lead cycle counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Perform root cause analysis for safety or loading incidents.
