Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10-15 years of project controls experience.
• 5+ years of project controls management experience.
• Understanding of scheduling processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Certifications with PMI, PSP, or CCP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Client focused with collaborative, diverse teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Lead project control activities and resources across all lifecycle phases for client capital projects.
• Oversee cost estimating, budgeting, cost management and reporting within rail/transit projects.
• Establish and audit cost and schedule management processes and compliance.
• Review budgets, schedules and costs for conformance with scope and timelines.
• Track contractor progress and coordinate schedule discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client and consultants at all project stages and provide liaison.
