Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing small to mid-scale projects and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver mid-scale engineering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Maintain client relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Manage project financials, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Support business development within existing accounts and proposals.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to standards.
