Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field plus experience in the Engineering/Construction Field with an emphasis in document control and scope development.
• Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience as an Office Engineer for rail/transit projects.
• Experience with Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and review all Contractor submittals/deliverables including the Project Schedule, DBE updates, daily reports, requisitions for payment, payroll reports, work plans, RFIs, design documents, product data and Shop Drawings.
• Provide estimating, budget, scope development, estimate review, and change order support as needed.
• Perform document control through established software (Procore) and databases.
• Write letters/memos, meeting minutes, and develop written reports as needed.
• Validate and monitor invoices for payment in accordance with progress of the work.
