Job summary

Watco Transloading, LLC seeks a Utility Operator to support safe, efficient operation at the Tioga, ND terminal. You will inspect, maintain, and operate site equipment and systems to support crude oil and natural gas loading into rail cars.

The role involves performing inspections, maintaining mobile equipment, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. NDIC testing may be required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform site inspections and maintenance as required.
• Strong focus on safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions explicitly.

Responsibilities

• Perform site equipment, tanks, fire suppression, security, and other inspections as required
• Access the top and underside of equipment for inspection and maintenance
• Perform maintenance on all mobile equipment as needed
• Minor electrical troubleshooting, transmitter, and PLC knowledge are preferred but not required
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting valves, pumps, VCU, and MOV's
• Will be responsible for tank management from pipelines to loading at the rail terminal
• Complete all applicable documentation and record-keeping
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
