PRS Auto is currently seeking a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations for immediate hire. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the unloading (driving) of new automobiles from railcars at the TDSI West Cincinnati, OH rail terminal, which is a division of the CSX Railroad. It’s important to note that PRS is an independent contractor of the railroad and is not affiliated with the railroad itself. This position requires no prior experience, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success on the job. While prior supervisory experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

The Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations is responsible for coordinating the terminal’s operations to ensure that the retention of service levels satisfies the customer’s requirements. This person will take direction from policies and procedures established by the Company, Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Directors, Assistant Terminal Managers, and Terminal Managers.
Medical benefits start after 60 days and the first of the month after that. Other benefits start after your 90-day probationary period.
You will be employed directly by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the Railroad.
Applicants must currently live within a 30‑minute commute of business location. Out of area candidates and/or those requiring a relocation will not be considered.
