Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Rail Systems in Los Angeles, CA, to lead rail systems design and integration for transit projects. You will head multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality and profitability, and guide staff and clients through complex design-build, design-bid-build or PPP programs.

The role requires a PE license (preferred), a engineering degree, and 10+ years in rail systems with 5+ in management, plus knowledge of US standards and experience delivering projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional engineering license is highly preferred.
• 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in engineering management roles.
• Full knowledge of US (FTA & FRA), CENELEC, and ISO rail delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical integration leadership for large-scale rail projects.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to staff, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage project production, client relations and financial performance.
• Assist in pursuits, client relationships, and staff recruitment in transit and rail systems.
