Job summary

BNSF Railway is seeking a dedicated individual for a position responsible for installing and maintaining train control systems in Dodge City, KS. The job includes labor tasks such as loading and unloading supplies and climbing poles for installations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the anticipated start date.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work the above shift/hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain train control systems.
• Responsibility for safety-sensitive work in extreme conditions.
• Load/unload supplies and handle cable for installations.

Skills

Ability to report for duty at the designated work location

Able to work safely in extreme weather conditions

Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs occasionally

Able to read, write, and communicate in English
