Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. in West Point, GA is seeking a Shuttle Lead to drive the shuttle bus or van and provide direction to Rail drivers, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will meet with Rail Management to align the day’s plan, coordinate vehicle assignments, and supervise team members to follow loading plans and company standards. The role requires leadership and reliable driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience and driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Rail Management to get the plan for the day and ensure drivers understand it.
• Shuttle team members to the correct vehicles according to the loading plan.
• Ensure drivers move vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Lead team members by providing direction and needed assistance.
• Communicate company guidelines and standards to team members and ensure compliance.
