Aureos Rail is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Rail Business Unit in Ashford. You will assist the commercial team to ensure profitability, manage cash flow, control costs and provide accurate reporting across schemes, while supporting contract delivery.

In this role you will independently run minor works projects and frameworks, contribute to monthly financial performance reports, attend progress meetings and collaborate with commercial and operational teams to drive continuous

• Experience with cost control and financial reporting in construction.
• Understanding of cost forecasting, CVRs and variation pricing.
• Ability to manage sub-contracts and related documentation.
