Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience or similar level preferred.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment and ability to motivate others.
• Able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety through direct instruction and monitoring of employees.
• Monitor quality to ensure compliance with procedures and customer specs.
• Plan and execute work to meet delivery and production goals.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs by improving processes and reducing waste.
• Develop employees through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Adhere to Environmental Procedures and promote EMS continual improvement.
