Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information via various devices; monitor and report daily work; climb on/off equipment; manage air hoses; replace railcar knuckles; interpret signals and control speed/clearance.
• Operate track switches and derails to change train routing and check alignment.
• Inspect trains and equipment; ensure compliance with federal regulations; report track conditions.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment under diverse weather and noisy conditions; wear PPE as required.
