Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of railroad experience with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of FRA regulations.
• Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety performance, operating practices, and financial productivity.
• Manage customer interfaces and monitor service quality per contracts.
• Assist in railcar-switching as required.
• Lead supervision of crews, schedules, and personnel.
• Maintain payroll within the targeted budget.
• Conduct efficiency and operating tests per company practices.
• Conduct incident investigations and report findings.
• Hire and train new employees; administer discipline.
• Assist with other projects and perform other duties.
