Job summary

Haalufa USA, Inc. in the DMV area is seeking a motivated Project Manager to analyze operational activities, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources for a large rail service organization. You will gather data, evaluate programs, and support strategic initiatives.

The role requires seven years of project experience, a Bachelor’s in business, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams. Standard hours are 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience analyzing business problems and coordinating business improvement projects in a large scale organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word; and with Slack or Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and gathers data from various sources in response to inquiries from internal and external entities and keeps department leadership apprised on matters that may impact the department’s mission.
• Provides strategic support, guidance, and management for a broad range of projects including program and policy assignments pertinent to the department’s mission.
• Develops, monitors, and coordinates viable strategic activities and programs to enhance organizational management/development opportunities.
