CSX Corporation seeks a Manager of Train Operations (MTO) to lead frontline transportation teams across terminals and line-of-road territories. You will drive safe, reliable, and efficient execution of operating plans, while developing staff and enforcing performance standards.

Success is measured by operational results and leadership effectiveness, with accountability for safety, service, productivity, and cost management.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CSX Operations with current Conductor Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily terminal and line-of-road operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of the operating plan.
• Anticipate challenges, coordinate crews/resources, and make timely decisions to support network fluidity.
• Monitor operational performance, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Engage customers to understand service requirements, address concerns, and support reliable service.
• Manage crews, equipment, and resources to improve productivity and asset utilization while balancing cost, safety, service, and operational requirements.
• Partner across departments to support reliable operations and broader network performance.
