Clean Harbors in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Rail Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures proper equipment operation, drives efficiency at the work site and completes accurate documentation in a timely fashion.

The Rail Service Supervisor will train technicians, enforce safety policies, and manage client requirements while coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or similar industry.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to pull a trailer via pickup truck preferred.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage project-related vendors.
• Ability to manage, reconcile, and review all job-related documentation.
• Capable of working in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Uphold Health and Safety as the top priority and follow all safety policies.
• Verify work orders, ensure equipment availability and operability before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting work.
• Correct deficiencies affecting safety, productivity, or client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete and submit service paperwork to management.
• Train Technicians I and II on equipment operation and line processes.
• Operate equipment safely according to training and procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and use resources efficiently.
• Direct crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
