With 3+ years in technical writing and process improvement, you will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Vendors to meet project goals and drive measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years creating work instructions and technical writing experience.
• Experience with DMAIC, VSM and 5S initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
• Travel willingness around 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment and facility improvement projects from proposal through completion.
• Troubleshoot and configure production equipment to resolve disruptions.
• Analyze manufacturing and logistics workflows and implement performance measures.
• Develop and maintain production documentation and training for staff.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors and service providers to ensure project requirements.
• Assist with tooling, jigs, fixtures and equipment procurement for new launches.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production planning and cost calculations.
• Create and validate material BOMs in SAP for production planning.
