Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 2-4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of customer rate requests across various lanes and service types.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in freight invoices and billing errors.
• Manage renewals and updates of railroad tariffs and private contract rates.
• Coordinate rate setup with carriers and onboarding of new lanes.
• Monitor service performance and escalate issues as needed.
