Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Business Economics, or Agribusiness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to organize data, review information for accuracy, and summarize findings.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support a defined rail logistics project focused on improving shipment visibility, reporting accuracy, or process documentation.
• Gather and organize rail shipment, service, and operational data to support project analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve rail logistics processes.
• Build or update reports, tools, and process documentation that help the logistics team work more efficiently.
• Partner with logistics team members to understand current workflows and document improvement opportunities.
• Recommend practical changes based on project findings and team feedback.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and outcomes to the logistics team.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
