Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. seeks a Logistics Engineer III, Rail Operations to apply quantitative methods and engineering know-how to improve processes across the organization.

You will coordinate with internal and external customers to define project parameters and deliver data-informed solutions. The role requires experience in data visualization, statistics, OR, forecasting and SQL, with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and automation tools to boost efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent with 4 years' experience.
• Experience with data visualization, statistics, OR, forecasting and SQL databases.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau or similar tools and data analysis.
• Experience leveraging automation to improve efficiency and reporting.
