Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 4 years in Industrial Engineering or related field
• AND Demonstration of data visualization, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

• Apply knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutions
• Increase awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
• Identify and solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data or process mapping
• Analyze a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity
• Tailor communication of technical information to audience of peers and business partners
• Interact with internal and external customers to understand stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions
