Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field with 4 years of experience in IE or related area.
  • Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.
  • Preferred: transportation, supply chain, logistics engineering experience; proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and automation tools.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the position is responsible for utilizing problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization. The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external customers to understand the parameters of projects.

Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field AND Demonstration of the following Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with data analysis, database management, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience leveraging automation and workflow tools, including Microsoft Power Automate, Databricks, or comparable technologies, to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and develop data-driven solutions.

Compensation

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
