Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar; construction/engineering management focus
• Minimum 5 years of infrastructure construction project management experience
• CCM or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• Proficient with data collection/reporting software (Smartsheet/Box/Teams)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs and contract documents to understand requirements and constructability.
• Monitor plans, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and look-ahead schedules for progress and conformance.
• Perform field observations of construction activities and field conditions.
• Prepare daily field reports documenting activity, location, progress, concerns, and photos.
• Support progress and pay reviews by comparing quantities and progress against records.
• Attend and participate in meetings; document notes and follow up on issues.
• Assist with change-order evaluations using field observations and documents.
• Review inspection data and material testing results and coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide project records management oversight for document transfer to records system.
• Maintain professional communication with Owner, CM, contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
