Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Rail Guide to accompany guests aboard the rail journey, delivering scenery narration and historical context while ensuring safety and cleanliness of domed cars.

This seasonal, full-time role supports daily Food and Beverage operations and guest services, serving as the first and last point of contact for guests, with responsibilities including customer service, information delivery, and retail item presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 21 to serve alcohol in Alaska.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age 18 to reside in company housing, where available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced customer service tasks.
• Provide information and narration for guests while traveling on board our rail cars.
• Take an active role in the dome food and beverage service.
• Respond to queries from coworkers, management, and guests.
• Promote a safe and comfortable experience for guests on board.
• Present and distribute retail items for purchase.
