Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installation and maintenance of rail system equipment.
• Supports integration, testing, and field activities with customers.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes system anomalies using test data and docs.
• Coordinates field activities with multiple departments and teams.
• Prepares informal and formal test reports and summaries.
• Keeps customer relations professional and credible.
