Job summary

Holland, L.P. is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services. The candidate will train upcoming personnel and fill in for the Supervisor/Manager when needed.

The role requires operating equipment safely, complying with procedures, and maintaining equipment readiness to minimize downtime. A CDL A license is required and readiness to travel could be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a Class A CDL per company and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Holland equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all Holland procedures and safety programs.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
