Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; mechanical engineering or relevant technical experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years in Sales Engineer, Project Manager, or technical sales background with custom electro-mechanical solutions.
• Prior experience in power distribution, switchgear manufacturing, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with DC and AC power systems (Low Voltage and Medium Voltage).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Technical Estimating & Solutions Development: Prepare technical estimates, quotations, and solutions for traction power substation and electrified rail applications.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and presentations while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Product Expertise: Provide support on DC and AC products, including DC switchgear, high-speed breakers, and panels; rectifiers and converters; relays and EM solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop a strategic business plan to build a robust pipeline and achieve annual sales goals.
• Financial Analysis: Model financial business cases to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Competitive Intelligence: Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and stay informed on market trends.
