Watco is seeking a Conductor/Engineer to control and coordinate train movements at yards, plants, or terminals to load and unload railcars safely for customers. This manual labor role includes a structured training period and the opportunity to work across various Watco sites.

You will read switching orders, coordinate with crews, and operate locomotives per railroad rules. The role emphasizes safety, timely communication, and reliable attendance within a dynamic rail environment.

Formación

• Ability to pass training and required testing.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Understand basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance.
• Follow directions and complete tasks on schedule.
• Read and interpret switching orders and communicate switching information.
• Supervise and coordinate train crews.
• Operate locomotive and apply safety rules and regulations.
• Inspect equipment and maintain records of cars switched.
