Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Change Order Manager to oversee contract changes within the Project Controls team on a light rail extension program in Seattle. You will track, document, and negotiate change orders, supporting the Resident Engineer with cost and time impact analyses.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and roughly 10+ years of change management or claims experience on public infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years of construction change management, contract administration, or claims experience.
• Experience managing change orders and negotiations on public infrastructure projects; GC/CM, transit, or rail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cost estimating and schedule impact analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site in Seattle.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews contract correspondence and supporting documentation to determine merit and basis of proposed changes.
• Identifies and tracks potential change issues, change notices, and change orders.
• Maintains change order documentation and the change tracking system.
