Job summary

Barletta Boat Company, LLC is looking for a Production Team Member – Rail Build in Bristol, TN. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of pontoon boats through hands-on inspection, repair, and finishing of rail components.

About the Role

The Production Team Member – Rail Build plays a key role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our pontoon boats. This hands‑on position focuses on inspecting, repairing, and finishing rail components to meet Barletta’s high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
• Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work
• Maintain production standards in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment
