Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels.
• Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
