HDR is seeking a Rail Bridge EIT/Designer to contribute to freight rail projects from its Raleigh area office. The role emphasizes structural design of bridges and related facilities, with on-the-job growth toward professional licensure and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with listed engineering software such as LEAP, Midas, CSiBridge, and OpenBridge.

Responsabilités

• Apply structural engineering techniques for bridges and related structures.
• Assist with drawings, quantities, and submittals under supervision.
• Participate in rail bridges and structures assessments.
• Develop project deliverables including calculations and specifications.
• Interact with clients and rail professionals to gain experience.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Managers to obtain licensure.
