Job summary

Egis Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a BIM Manager - Rail & Systems to lead the BIM strategy for California HSR projects. You will coordinate digital models across track, OCS, signalling, and telecom teams, ensuring deliverables meet client and standards; relocate if needed.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in engineering with BIM leadership on major infrastructure, strong Bentley/Revit/Navisworks skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years as BIM Manager on major infrastructure projects, including rail.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and manage BIM strategy for Rail & Systems on the CA HSR project.
• Coordinate production and integration of BIM across disciplines (track, OCS, signalling, telecom).
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements, standards, and client expectations.
• Lead BIM meetings, train teams, and support BIM tool use.
• Manage BIM interfaces with civil works, equipment, operations.
• Ensure data security, traceability, and BIM performance indicators.
