Job summary

SWAT Environmental is seeking candidates within 15 miles of Loveland, CO 80535 to join our radon mitigation team. Inspect homes and help place radon mitigation systems, install components, and work with customers to ensure effective solutions.

Paid training and certification are provided, and a company van is supplied to take home daily. Qualified applicants have 1+ years in construction or skilled trades, a valid driver's license, and a safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or skilled trades.
• Be able to lift a 60-pound ladder and work on ladders up to 40 ft.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety with hand tools.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and certification.
• Ability to use mobile devices and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and determine effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
