Job summary

SWAT Environmental in Longmont, CO is seeking candidates to inspect homes and determine the optimal placement of radon mitigation systems. You will install systems by drilling, cutting PVC, running pipes, installing fans, and sealing openings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or skilled trades.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces with ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
