Job summary

SWAT Environmental seeks candidates within 15 miles of Centennial, CO for radon mitigation installer roles. Inspect homes and determine the best placement of radon mitigation systems; install by drilling, cutting PVC, mounting fans, and sealing openings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or skilled trades.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher and in confined spaces.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and determine the best placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling, cutting PVC, running pipes, installing fans and sealing openings.
