Job summary

SWAT Environmental is seeking candidates within 15 miles of Loveland, CO for radon mitigation installer roles. You will inspect homes with customers to determine optimal placement and install mitigation systems, including drilling, PVC, fans, and sealing.

We provide paid training and certification, company van to take home daily, and competitive first-year earnings; medical and other insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• On‑the‑job paid training and certification.

• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
