SWAT Environmental is the nation’s leading radon mitigation company dedicated to creating safer indoor air across the United States. We install Radon Mitigation Systems to protect homes and businesses from radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas; the EPA recommends mitigation when readings exceed 4 pCi/L.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
