SWAT Environmental is seeking candidates to join our team within 15 miles of Whitestown, IN. We install radon mitigation systems to protect homes and businesses across the nation.

We offer paid on-the-job training and certification, a company vehicle to take home daily, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance. First-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and route performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Company vehicle and tools (take home daily).
• On-the-job paid training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
