Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to become radon-certified.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems.
• Perform initial walk-through evaluations with the customer.
• Conduct diagnostics on airflow and may involve drilling into concrete/slab foundations.
• Install mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation and install fans.
• Occasional shallow digging and/or on-site excavation.
• Conduct post-installation testing and diagnostics of systems.
