Job summary

SWAT Environmental is seeking candidates within 15 miles of Aurora, CO 80016 for a hands-on radon mitigation installer role. You will inspect homes and determine the best placement of radon mitigation systems, then install them using drills, PVC piping, fans and sealants.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces with ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
