Job summary

SWAT Environmental seeks candidates within 15 miles of Castle Rock, CO 80109 for radon mitigation system installation. You will inspect homes, determine best placement, and install systems by drilling, cutting PVC, installing fans, and sealing openings.

A company vehicle is provided for daily use, and paid training and certification are offered. We welcome hands-on trades experience, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and determine optimal placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
