Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an enterprise portfolio leader to shape and deliver innovation across the CTO organization, integrating Medical and Regulatory domains. The role focuses on aligning business strategy, portfolio investments, capability development, and cross-functional execution to maximize value and deliver NPIs on time, while ensuring R&D ROI and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific, engineering, medical, or business qualification in diagnostic pharma development, ideally in Radiopharmacy.
• Extensive executive leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or medical technology organizations – ideally a PhD or Masters or equivalent.
• Proven success in leading complex enterprise wide innovation program portfolios and strategic investments.
• Strong customer centric acumen with demonstrated ability to translate innovation into business growth, market advantage, and financial value.
• Experience influencing executive level stakeholders.
• Significant experience with portfolio governance, capital allocation, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Portfolio Technology execution. Lead RP L1/L2 NPI reviews for the business segment.
• Establish execution aspect of portfolio strategy and delivery objectives aligned to business growth plans – following PRD process.
• Own enterprise portfolio performance and ROI realization as a member of RP extended business leadership team.
• Partner with Product and business leaders on WWPP, and LTS.
• Partner with Product Leaders and align innovation investments with enterprise objectives – build, buy, partner.
• Assess build vs. partner opportunities with Product Leaders.
• Govern major portfolio investment decisions.
• Accelerate time to market for strategic growth initiatives – facilitate technology, regulatory, and business alignment with calculated risk taking.
• Ensure execution of strategic partnership evaluations and due diligence in R&D.
• Develop strategy for CTO led external networks that enhance innovation and business growth….funding agencies, grants etc. that are aligned with roadmap
