Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Head of Radiopharma Technology Transfer and CMO Partnerships to provide strategic and technical leadership for external manufacturing and tech transfer activities supporting diagnostic imaging tracers.

The role emphasizes delivering commitments, building trusted cross-functional relationships, and strengthening execution across R&D CMC programs with a global team across time zones. A strong business acumen and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar.
• Significant experience with Radiopharmaceuticals manufacturing and development or pharmaceutical industry manufacturing & development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to build partnerships across cultures and organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
• Must be willing to work with a global team across time zones.
• Strong business acumen is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Technology Transfer Leaders to build a high-performing team across programs.
• Foster safety, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support PET radiopharmaceutical development programs from early to late-stage clinical studies.
• Contribute to CMC development strategy, manufacturing risk assessments, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee transfer of manufacturing processes, analytical methods, and quality systems.
