Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a senior leader to head Radiopharma Technology Transfer and CMO Partnerships, providing strategic and technical leadership for external manufacturing and tech transfer of diagnostic imaging tracers. This role builds trusted cross-functional relationships and delivers against commitments, strengthening execution across R&D CMC programs in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related field.
• Significant experience with radiopharmaceuticals manufacturing and development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willing to work with a global team across time zones.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of Technology Transfer Leaders to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support PET radiopharmaceutical development programs from early development through late-stage clinical studies.
• Oversee due diligence, technical assessments, and transfer governance.
• Project management oversight to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and sustainable manner.
• External and internal stakeholder management and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
