GE HealthCare is seeking a Head of Radiopharma Technology Transfer and CMO Partnerships to lead external manufacturing and technology transfer for diagnostic imaging tracers. The role requires delivering against commitments, building cross-functional trust, and strengthening execution across R&D CMC programs.

You will lead a team, shape transfer governance, and manage partnerships with external manufacturing networks while driving Lean improvements and performance dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar.
• Significant experience with Radiopharmaceuticals manufacturing and development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to build partnerships across cultures and organizations.
• Willing to work with a global team across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the team of Technology Transfer Leaders and oversee projects across programs.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support PET radiopharmaceutical development programs from early development through late-stage clinical studies.
• Key team member of R&D CMC Development Leadership team; contribute to CMC strategy and regulatory readiness.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor CMO performance and technology transfer success.
