Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Hot Springs, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role includes performing x-ray tests, patient movement, and related Medical Assistant duties in a busy urgent care setting.

Qualified candidates will have an AR State X-Ray license (or be eligible), BLS certification, and ARRT certification is preferred. Prior Medical Assistant experience is a plus. We offer full-time rotating shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• AR State X-Ray license (or active eligibility).
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and directs them to the exam area.
• Performs radiology procedures with proper radiation safety.
• Documents vitals, history and medications as applicable.
• Assists with patient transfers and setup for procedures.
• Maintains equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Completes required documentation for patient visits.
