Responsibilities

• Determine patient name, DOB, destination, mode of travel, time and other data.
• Escort incoming patients from designated areas.
• Transport patients by bed, cart, or wheelchair within facility.
• Use Epic to check in patients and deliver messages, mail, records and items.
• Maintain infection control practices and use patient identifiers.
