Job summary

Mercy is seeking a patient care professional to support Imaging Services with direct patient care and related duties. The role emphasizes adherence to our mission, values, and Mercy Code of Conduct while ensuring supplies, stocking, and equipment cleanliness are maintained.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk continually, and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. No licensure or prior experience required.

• Licensure: None.
• Experience: None.
• Certification/Registration: Current BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Other: lifting/moving transporting patients; standing/walking; recognizing emergencies; adapting to stress; communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in Imaging Services as needed.
• Responsible for supplies, stocking, equipment cleaning and patient care.
• Performing duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
