Advocate Health’s Charlotte location is seeking a Part‑time Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams and support patient workflow in the Radiology: Xray department. The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility, completion of an AMA‑accredited Radiology Tech program, and BLS certification, with duties including patient prep, contrast administration, and coordination with radiologists.

First shift Monday–Friday; PRN.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology Program.
• ARRT certification or registry eligibility with hire‑date registration requirement.
• BLS certification as per policy guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history pertaining to specific procedure on requisition submitted by physician.
• Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
• Selects and operates equipment as dictated by demands of individual procedure and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
• Maintains appropriate records as required by departmental standards.
